Overview
The VIAVI GEO-L Helical Antenna is a high-gain directional L-Band antenna. It is designed for use with the VIAVI SecureTime altGNSS GEO-L satellite service.
The antenna gives strong signal gain in the GEO-L band. It sharply attenuates signals outside the L-Band frequency range, including GNSS signals. Because its bandwidth is narrow, the antenna can be aligned precisely with the satellite, which reduces signal interference and jamming.
The antenna is listed as compatible with the SecurePNT EdgeGM 7000L, the SecurePNT 6200L and the µPNT GEOL-2600 standalone timing receiver module.
