Use of the Site

The Site is provided for business customers to learn about test and measurement equipment and the services we offer, and to request quotes. Sales terms

Sales, rentals, repairs, calibrations, trade-ins, and asset disposition services are governed by the written quotation, purchase order acknowledgment, or agreement issued by TracePoint for that transaction, which take precedence over these Site terms. Used and refurbished equipment is sold as described in the quotation, and any warranty is as stated there. New equipment carries the applicable manufacturer warranty.

Export compliance

Test and measurement equipment may be subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export restrictions and to provide end-use and end-user information when we request it. We may decline or cancel any transaction that we are unable to complete in compliance with these laws.

TracePoint Systems and the TracePoint logo are trademarks of TracePoint Systems. Anritsu, VIAVI, Luna, Keysight, Rohde & Schwarz, Tektronix, and all other manufacturer names, logos, and product names on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners and are used to identify the products we represent, sell, or service. TracePoint Systems is an authorized representative of Anritsu; use of other manufacturers' names does not imply endorsement or affiliation unless stated.

Intellectual property

Except for manufacturer materials, the content of the Site, including text, graphics, and design, is owned by or licensed to TracePoint Systems and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation of our products and services, but may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.
