Overview
VIAVI TestCenter Platforms are the hardware appliances, chassis and test modules that run VIAVI TestCenter software for Layer 2-3 generation and analysis of network traffic. The family covers a range of port speeds and form factors, from compact multi-speed appliances up to 400G, 800G and 1.6T high-speed Ethernet test systems.
The A2 400G 16-port Appliance belongs to this family. Network equipment manufacturers, service providers, hyperscale data centers and enterprise test labs use the platforms to validate routers, switches, data center fabrics and AI infrastructure for function, performance and scale.
All members are operated through the TestCenter software environment. That environment provides real-time statistics, packet capture, a scripting and automation framework, and reporting that is shared across the platform family.
