Overview
VIAVI Mission Critical Assurance is a set of solutions for actively testing, monitoring, troubleshooting and managing mission critical communications systems that use 3GPP-based push-to-x and mobile data services. It addresses cybersecurity, quality of experience (QoE) and quality of service (QoS) for organizations such as emergency services, power plants, offshore platforms and the transportation industry, which depend on public and/or private networks.
Dashboard performance reporting
The dashboard measures network KPIs, QoS and subscriber QoE. KPIs are derived from all data sources relating to MCX, voice, SMS, data and other supplementary services, including the radio access network, core network, IMS, MCX application servers and the data user plane.
Troubleshooting
The real-time monitoring and troubleshooting solution provides an end-to-end view of 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G mission critical private networks. It is used to detect, identify and analyze issues by spot, service, release cause, equipment, mobile type and functional scenario, and is intended for troubleshooters, network operations managers, RAN and core network technicians, application services engineers and mission critical network manufacturers.
Drive test
The drive test solution tests network coverage against SLAs and identifies interference issues. Test runs can be single events or part of a regular schedule, collected on demand or automatically in manual or unattended mode. It is available as installed racks on test trains, trolleys and backpacks.
OT cybersecurity
The OT cybersecurity solutions detect, discover and manage cyber-related issues in real time on telecom networks and mission critical communication systems, including malicious operations such as topology scanning and failed attack attempts. They help fulfil NIS directive requirements and are available as a standalone system or integrated with a customer's SIEM solution.
