Overview
The VIAVI PSDA300-2 Fuel Quantity Interface is part of the ground support equipment VIAVI lists for testing the Airbus A300 Fuel Quantity Indicating System. It gives access to all probes and compensators of the tail tank at the tank wall.
The interface connects between the PSD60-2R Fuel Quantity Test Set and the aircraft. The PSD60-2R is an AC capacitance fuel quantity test set. It measures total tank capacitance, individual tank units and compensators, simulates capacitance for indicator calibration and dry calibration, and measures insulation resistance of tank units and aircraft harness. VIAVI lists the PSD90-3AC AC Capacitance Test Set as the replacement for the PSD60-2R.
The PSDA300-2 belongs to the VIAVI library of aircraft-specific fuel interface cables and units. Combined with a VIAVI Fuel Quantity Test Set, these interfaces support functional testing and troubleshooting of the aircraft fuel quantity system.
