Overview

The Spectrum Master MS2762A-0050 is a member of the Anritsu Spectrum Master MS276xA family of ultraportable spectrum analyzers. It covers 6 GHz to 50 GHz and has a V (1.85 mm) male test port connector, which is compatible with 2.4 mm connectors.

The MS2762A models are intended for applications with demanding sensitivity requirements. Compared with the MS2760A models they offer higher dynamic range and better displayed average noise level (DANL) performance, with frequency coverage starting at 6 GHz. The family is based on Anritsu's patented nonlinear transmission line (NLTL) technology.

The instrument is pocket-sized, so it can connect directly to the device under test without long test port cables, which add loss at millimeter-wave frequencies. For over-the-air measurements, a waveguide horn antenna can be attached directly to the test port.

The analyzer is powered over USB and controlled from a Windows-based PC, laptop or tablet. This makes it usable in the lab, on the manufacturing floor and in the field. Built-in measurements include channel power, adjacent channel power and occupied bandwidth, with spectrum and spectrogram displays.

Key Features

  • Frequency coverage from 6 GHz to 50 GHz
